My personal notes:
I can personally recommend Ville de Soleil 2. The project location is just along the Governor's Drive, that means a big savings for commuters because they won't be needing to ride tricycles in and out of the subdivision.

Just a 2 minute drive to SM Mall Dasma or Robinsons Mall Dasma, or just 1 ride away thru jeepneys. 24 hour public transportation services is always available.

No any other subdivision you can find near the crossing of Langkaan, Governors Drive. Other subdivisions in the vicinity are located in a distant barangays wherein as mentioned you will be needing extra transportation services.

Very near Schools and Colleges and Universities, such as the La Salle Dasma, the newly opened Lyceum University.

Fronting Ville de Soleil 2 is a La Salle supervised private school from Kinder to High School. Two other private schools are just few meters away from the vicinity, the newly constructed AMA Computer School Dasma Branch is just 50 meters away.

The construction of MRT line extension from Baclaran to Robinsons Dasma is also good factor that the property value of your investment in Ville de Soleil 2 would surely appreciate in few years.

Also, the on-going construction of Imus-Coastal road project will have Ville de Soleil 2 not two but three alternates routes going to Manila, via the Aguinaldo main highway, via Southwoods or Sta. Rosa Exit South Express way, and via General Trias to Imus-Coastal road project.

Another 4th alternate route is via Daang-Hari road going to Alabang Exit.
